“润物细无声”
This is a line from an acient Chinese poem, and one of the characters in my name was inspired by it.
"润物细无声" describes how spring rain quietly nourishes all things.
I was born on a rainy spring night, just before dawn. Outside the hospital window,
a gentle drizzle fell. Because of this, my father chose the name 润 for me.
The left side of the character resembles raindrops,
so I incorporated that imagery into my own rain-inspired design.

I "Hate" It
I started learning the piano when I was four years old. The piano came from Japan,
and the day after my mother bought it, an earthquake struck Japan. In a way, it felt like a lucky piano.
That was the beginning of my piano journey.
As a child, I hated practicing—it was boring and repetitive. But now, I’ve grown to love it.

Dance?
I started dance lessons when I was three. This design was inspired by a photo of me back then, nervously watching my teacher.

I Wanna Be a Painter!
My first dream was to become a painter, although that dream has since changed.
As a child, I loved doodling everywhere at home. This particular drawing is one I made on the glass of our staircase.

Big egg!
Since I was little, my mom took me to many operas and musicals.
This icon represents the National Centre for the Performing Arts in Beijing.
I watched countless performances there, and I even performed on its stage myself.
This theater has been a part of my childhood. Its shape resembles a giant egg lying on its side, surrounded by water.
As you walk down the steps into the building, you can see the water shimmering above you through the glass ceiling.

I Can’t Seize the Day, But I Can Press the Shutter
I got my first camera and immediately fell in love with photography.
Looking through the viewfinder feels like watching a movie—except this time, I get to control the frames.

Cheese
During high school, my family welcomed a new member—my dog, 奶酪 (Cheese).
When she was a puppy, her fur was yellow with a brown patch on her back, like melted cheese that had been slightly toasted.
Since I also love cheese, I named her after it.
(but now she’s all white)

Vintage Heatwave
For a while, I was obsessed with all things vintage—CD players, vinyl records, and film photography.

Don’t Wake Me, I’m Not Dreaming
I became deeply fascinated by sunsets. In my dreams, I often saw breathtaking skies—vivid sunsets,
glowing clouds. But every time I raised my camera to capture them, the scene would vanish.
Perhaps because of this, I became obsessed with photographing sunsets in real life.
I’m drawn to skies painted in shades of blue, purple, and pink.

Utopia or Dystopia?
Finally, I arrived at my dream school, in my dream city.
Everything looks perfect... right?
